Formats & Modalities
Three distinct formats designed for different needs, schedules, and levels of familiarity with administrative procedures.
Group Workshops
Group workshops bring together 4 to 8 participants to work through a specific administrative procedure together. Each session is led by a trained educator who demonstrates the procedure step by step, then guides participants as they complete it themselves.
Workshops last between two and four hours depending on the procedure covered. Participants bring their own documents and use their own accounts where applicable. The educator does not handle documents on behalf of participants.
Workshop structure
Introduction and context
The educator explains the purpose of the procedure, which public body is involved, and what the process looks like at a high level.
Demonstration
The educator walks through the complete procedure once, narrating each step and explaining why each piece of information is required.
Guided practice
Participants replicate the procedure themselves. The educator circulates to answer questions and provide clarification.
Summary and reference sheet
The session closes with a recap and a written reference sheet that participants take home.
Available workshop topics include: CAF benefit applications, income tax declarations on impots.gouv.fr, Ameli account management, France Travail registration, and municipal school enrollment.
Workshops are held at our Paris premises at 23 Rue Galilée. Participants are asked to bring relevant documents as specified in the preparation note sent beforehand.
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions provide one-to-one educational support tailored to the participant's specific administrative situation. These are suitable for people with a particular procedure to complete, those who prefer a private setting, or those whose situation is more complex than a standard group workshop can address.
Session options
In-person at our Paris office
Sessions held at 23 Rue Galilée, Paris. Duration typically 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Morning, afternoon, and selected evening slots available.
Remote session (video call)
Conducted via a secure video platform. The educator shares their screen to demonstrate procedures; the participant follows along on their own device.
Before an individual session, participants complete a short intake form describing their administrative situation. This allows the educator to prepare relevant materials and focus the session on the procedures most relevant to the participant.
Individual sessions cover any procedure within our scope. If a participant's situation involves legal questions or requires formal representation, the educator will note this clearly and explain what type of professional service would be appropriate instead.
Written Guides
Written guides are standalone reference documents covering a single administrative procedure from start to finish. Each guide is structured around the official process and written in plain, accessible language.
What each guide contains
Overview and eligibility
A plain-language summary of what the procedure is for and who it applies to.
Document checklist
A complete list of documents and information needed before starting the procedure.
Step-by-step instructions
Numbered steps corresponding to the actual online or in-person procedure, with screenshots or diagrams where relevant.
Deadlines and what to expect next
Key dates, processing times, and a description of what happens after submission.
Guides are distributed in print format during workshops and available as downloadable PDFs to participants who have attended a session. They are updated when official procedures change.

What to prepare before a session
Read the preparation note
Sent by email after booking, it lists documents to bring and any accounts to create in advance.
Gather your documents
Original documents where required. Photocopies are not always accepted by public bodies — the guide specifies which format is needed.
Bring a device if attending remotely
A computer or tablet is recommended for remote sessions. Smartphones can be used but may limit navigation on certain official portals.
